How does the process work?

It's simple! You upload your favorite photo, our AI artists transform it into a stunning canvas painting, we email you a digital copy so you can see exactly what it will look like, then we print and ship your canvas straight to your door.

What kind of photos work best?

Clear, well-lit photos with the subject(s) in focus work best. Front-facing photos with good lighting produce the most stunning results. We can work with most photos, but the better the photo, the better the portrait!

Can I submit a group photo?

Absolutely! We love family portraits, group shots, and multi-person photos. There's no limit to the number of people in your photo.

What art style will my portrait be in?

We create rich, painterly canvas portraits with a classic oil-painting aesthetic. Every portrait is unique and beautifully detailed.

Can I request changes to my portrait?

We put great care into every portrait to make sure it looks stunning. Because each piece is custom-made and production begins after we send your digital copy, we're unable to make changes once the process is underway. If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — see our Returns & Refunds section below.

Ordering & Digital Copies

How do I upload my photo?

It's easy! Simply upload your photo directly on the product page before adding to cart. You'll see an "Upload Your Photo" button right on the product listing — just select your file and you're good to go.

When will I receive my digital copy?

You'll receive a digital copy of your finished canvas within 2–4 business days of submitting your photo. We'll email it directly to you so you can see what your finished piece will look like before it ships.

Do you keep my photo private?

Absolutely. Your photos are used solely to create your portrait and are never shared, sold, or used for any other purpose.

Are larger canvases better quality?

All of our canvases are printed at the same gallery quality regardless of size. Larger sizes simply give you more wall presence and detail visibility.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

After your order is placed, please allow 5–10 business days for printing and shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be notified!

How is my canvas packaged?

Your canvas is carefully packaged in protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take great care in every shipment.

Returns & Refunds

What if my canvas arrives damaged?

We're so sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Can I return my portrait?

Because every portrait is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our Returns Policy for full details.
