At 4everOnCanvas, every portrait is custom-made just for you. Because of this, our shipping process is a little different from standard retail orders. Here's everything you need to know.

Production & Proof Timeline

After you place your order and submit your photo, here's what to expect:

  • Digital Proof: You'll receive your digital copy within 2–4 business days of submitting your photo..
  • Printing & Production: Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and finishing.
  • Shipping: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 7–10 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and canvas size. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your canvas size and delivery location. We work hard to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we're working on it! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Packaging

Your canvas portrait is carefully wrapped in protective materials and placed in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We take great pride in our packaging — your portrait deserves to arrive looking as beautiful as it was made.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at our contact page and we'll do our best to update it before shipment.
