Returns & Refunds Policy

At Forever On Canvas, your satisfaction is our top priority. Because every portrait is custom-made specifically for you, our return policy is tailored to reflect the unique nature of our products.

Custom Portrait Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our canvas portraits, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or is the result of an error on our part.

Before your order goes to print, we will email you a digital copy of your finished piece so you can see exactly what it will look like. Once production begins, we are unable to make changes or accept cancellations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your canvas arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right — no questions asked. Please follow these steps:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at our Contact page.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or defect.
We will review your claim and send a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong size or an item that doesn't match your order, please contact us immediately. We'll correct the error and ship the right canvas to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund only if you have not yet uploaded your photo. Once your photo has been received, production begins immediately and the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following situations:

The portrait was printed as designed and matches the digital copy we sent you.
The photo submitted by the customer was low quality or blurry (we will always notify you if this is the case before proceeding).
Customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
